1. Introduction

By accessing or using The uMIS Social Platform (3rd Generation) ("uMIS", "The uMIS Social Platform", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to access the Platform. Accounts ("uMIS ID") found to be operated by individuals under this age limit may be terminated without notice.

3. Responsibilities

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their uMIS IDs and passwords ("credentials"). You agree not to share access to your uMIS ID or allow unauthorized access.

4. User conduct

You agree not to post content that violates applicable laws, including content involving child exploitation material, promotion of illegal activities, or content that infringes copyright.

You agree not to engage in harassment or abusive behavior, including targeted harassment of individuals or groups, threats of violence, intimidation or coercion, doxxing or sharing private personal data without consent, or coordinated abuse campaigns.

You agree not to disrupt the integrity or security of the Platform, including exploiting bugs, vulnerabilities, or access controls, circumventing moderation systems or bans, or engaging in automated scraping, botting, or spam behavior without permission.

    5. Content ownership and license

    You keep ownership of anything you post on the Platform. By posting, you give The uMIS Social Platform permission to use your content for essential Platform operations— this includes storing it, displaying it and performing technical changes such resizing or formatting so it loads properly. This permission is non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, and also allows The uMIS Social Platform to work with service providers like hosting and delivery networks that help run the platform. If the content is deleted, we’ll stop showing it publicly, but copies may still exist for a short time in backups, caches, or where we’re required to keep them for legal or security reasons.

    6. Platform rights

    The uMIS Social Platform will not modify content or users without consent, and will not interrupt the services or change any legal document without prior notice.

    The uMIS Social Platform reserves the rights to contact the user through the email address they provided at registration.

    7. Disclaimers

    The uMIS Social Platform disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee continuous availability or error-free operation. It is not responsible for user-generated content, lost data not caused by it, or service interruptions.

    8. Changes to Terms

    The uMIS Social Platform may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms, and the platform will notify users of significant updates. Same applies to the Privacy Policy.

    9. Governing Law

    The uMIS Social Platform and the legal documents included with it are governed under the laws of Peru.
